So today I got started on my Homeland Security project...thinking of focusing on cyberterrorism on commerce (E-bay's ILOVEYOU billion-dollar virus) or bioterrorism (...guilty. 3rd season of 24 was my favorite xD). I sent some e-mails to my employers in DC--the guys I served under at the FBI, those guys OWE me for all the donut/pizza running I did for them and their late nights. xD

Busy week so far. I got to meet Rigoberta Menchu AND shake her hand. I think my world-peace/anti-government corruption fangirl bounced off the walls (I shook the hand of a Nobel Peace Prize winner!!). Then last night I went to the Valentino luncheon and sat like three seats down from Achak!!! It was so freaking...AWESOME to be that close to him and ask all those questions about running from Sudan-ttebayo!!

I think my grandma and mom are competing for who can send me the most. Grandma sent me two loaves of zucchini bread, another dozen apples, and some money. My mom sent me chocolate chip cookies, a new flash drive, and roasted red pepper hummus (omg, they don't sell it anywhere around here!).
